I first ordered a sample that came with a bottle and a lid. Then, I bought 50 more bottles for testing. But, they sent only 48 bottles and no lids. I asked them for the missing bottles and lids. Surprisingly, they said I had to pay again for lids and shipping. I agreed to pay for the lids, but not shipping since they had to send me 2 more bottles anyway. The next day, the seller told me they sent 2 more bottles without lids and wanted more money for the lids and shipping. This made me very unhappy, and I've decided not to buy anything from this seller again.
