Order arrived on time and to the correct specifications. There was confusion about the tracking information but it was all eventually worked out
I first ordered a sample that came with a bottle and a lid. Then, I bought 50 more bottles for testing. But, they sent only 48 bottles and no lids. I asked them for the missing bottles and lids. Surprisingly, they said I had to pay again for lids and shipping.
I agreed to pay for the lids, but not shipping since they had to send me 2 more bottles anyway. The next day, the seller told me they sent 2 more bottles without lids and wanted more money for the lids and shipping. This made me very unhappy, and I've decided not to buy anything from this seller again.

As for the lid, the final result of our communication is that you said you would buy the lid from other places. A few days later, you initiated a refund request for this order and complained to us. I'm sorry for making you feel unhappy, and I hope you can find a suitable supplier.
